Tassadit is Licensed Clinical Psychologist with an MBA in HR Management and Professional Certified Coach & Mentor (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner and Certified Trainer. A Human Development Expert and People Experience through the Integrative Leadership. She’s experienced  in burnout firsthand; since then, mental health and wellbeing in the workplace has become her primary vocation.

Tassadit is certified by several international institutions in Management, Assessments, Coaching, and Mental Heath & Wellbeing approaches.She’s always carried out a personal development and retraining career for most 22 years.

Coaching is a big part of her journey, amazing clients were part of here success such as CEOs, enthusiastic Managers, vulnerable Individuals.

Tassadit have started her career in Assessment and Psychometry Labs. Quickly (but not easily!), She has successfully completed an exciting career in Global Human Resources in both of Operations and Strategy with leading her first team at her 20s. She is experienced from: Hilton, Veon, Qtel, Pfizer, Knauf, Saint Gobain, Heineken, BMW & Mini. She works in NOG’s and military and defense field to banking and retails, such as FMCG and big Pharma.

She’s Charismatic Leader, Humanistic Therapist and Passionate Coach. Above all, she’s a happy mom to her wonderful daughter!
