Quelles sont les nouveautés du programme DNLA PCS (=ESK)?

Bonnes nouvelles pour nos partenaires et clients en France et en Suisse Romande: Les textes et les recommandations de développement du DNLA ESK ont été retraduits afin de correspondre à la version actuelle des textes allemands et anglais du DNLA Backend.

Pour chaque facteur, on trouve désormais une nouvelle traduction

  • de la définition du facteur
  • et la description des différentes expressions de la valeur 1 à 7.

Les oscillations sont également décrites et, bien entendu, les descriptions des facteurs actuellement moins prononcés contiennent également des conseils de développement et des exemples tirés de la pratique.

Où puis-je trouver le nouveau contenu ?

Comme l’intégration dans le backend nécessiterait la traduction de nombreux autres éléments de menu et éléments de texte, ce qui prendrait beaucoup de temps, et que nous souhaitons vous mettre les nouveaux textes à disposition dès maintenant, nous présentons les nouveaux textes directement disponibles comme fichier texte. Vous disposez ainsi d’un „manuel“ avec lequel vous pouvez travailler directement et que vous pouvez utiliser de manière flexible en combinaison avec les textes et les évaluations déjà existants.

Was ist neu im DNLA ESK-Programm?

Eine gute Nachricht für unsere Partner und Kunden in Frankreich und in der französischen Schweiz: Die Texte und Entwicklungsempfehlungen im DNLA ESK wurden neu übersetzt, so dass sie jetzt der aktuellen Version der Deutschen und Englischen Texte im DNLA Backend entsprechen.

Für jeden Faktor liegen nun neu übersetzt

  • die Faktordefinition
  • und die Beschreibung der verschiedenen Ausprägungen von Wert 1 bis 7 vor.

Auch die Oszillationen werden beschrieben und selbstverständlich enthalten die Beschreibungen der derzeit schwächer ausgeprägten Faktoren auch Entwicklungshinweise und Beispiele aus der Praxis.

Wo finde ich die neuen Inhalte?

Da die Integration ins Backend die Übersetzung noch vieler weiterer Menüelemente und Textbausteine erfordern würde, was viel Zeit in Anspruch nimmt, und wir Ihnen die neuen Texte gerne schon jetzt zur Verfügung stellen wollen, legen wir die neuen Texte direkt verfügbar als Textdatei vor. So haben Sie quasi ein „Handbuch“ mit dem sie direkt arbeiten und das Sie in Kombination mit den schon vorhandenen Texten und Auswertungen flexibel nutzen können.

In the following, we will portrait one of our international partners from Slovenia, Resultant. Building on a long tradition in many successful consulting-projects and an excellent track-record, also with DNLA, a relaunch and new services open up new opportunities. The Resultant consulting company was founded in 2008 and operated under the name of HSC Group until 2022. We consult and help companies introduce agile processes in the field of human resource management (HRM). Our consulting programme has been designed to equip HR experts and leaders in companies with the knowledge, modern tools and methods that assist them in their daily work. We use the DNLA programme to establish modern talent development processes and systematic development of successors with our clients. In his work he pays special attention to talent development processes and the systems of succession. Since 2009, he has been running a coaching programme using DNLA programmes. He acts as a strategic consultant and individual coach. He is also one of the co-authors of the I4F model of organisational culture analysis for business operations in the digital economy.

The story of DNLA in India starts in – Ho Chi Minh City

It is an amazing story, goes back to 2016 at Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) Airport, which is usually crowded, but at that time, it was unusually quiet. Here, a DNLA-consultant who was involved in a large leadership development project in the public sector crossed path with Amitabh Chaturvedi , who had been developing a vision for the talent in the beautiful country of India to seamlessly synchronize the expectations corporates have from the ever-growing talent pool, and how this talent is nurtured at various levels, right from the beginning of college education. During this very interesting discussion, they struck a chord and developed a long-term commitment in the form of partnership.

In the words of Amitabh, who is a very strong proponent of early-stage holistic development of individuals for a fulfilling professional journey, there are ample educational opportunities and room for improvement in the overall talent scenario in India, where exists ample human potential, but sometimes not completely unleashed due to lack of minute understanding and focused development approach that is required for a brighter future. He strongly feels that in the area of self-development and soft skills, which are critical factors for further professional success, there exists a gap in the majority of available talent and he aims to overcome this together with his partner, Janardhan Parthasarathy, who equally has over 23+ years of rich and diverse experience of handling various leadership roles in the field of Chemical Engineering, Sales and Business Development in the Oil & Gas Industry.


With this common vision of unleashing and developing individual potential harnessing the rich experience coming from their expert consultants, he and his partner ventured into Taledge Solutions Private Limited in the year 2019. A promising website, state-of-the-art education & development programs, as well as the lined up potential customers, were surely a recipe for a bright and successful future.


Then in the year 2020, the Corona pandemic struck, and suddenly the conditions changed dramatically. The companies had to reprioritise their requirements and the universities and students had to face completely different unprecedented existential challenges.

Hence, it took a lot of time, patience, and perseverance for the Taledge team to continue on the chosen path.

However, Amitabh Chaturvedi and his partner Janardhan Parthasarathy kept on following their vision and have been unstoppable irrespective of the deadly pandemic.

Entering the next phase and taking new expertise on board

To help bring in those who need the support and solutions which Taledge offers – the individuals, professionals, and students as well as those who have an interest in developing and finding qualified young people – employers, entrepreneurs, and educational institutions – Taledge decided to take Neelima Badhuri on board. Neelima has quite a unique skill set; she is an experienced project manager who so far has been working in the Oil & Gas Industry mostly – not surprising, as she holds a Bachelors’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. But at the same time, she is also about to complete her Master´s Degree in Organizational and Industrial Psychology because of her keen interest in understanding Human Psychology. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management.

Equipped with these qualifications and knowledge, Neelima is the “outboard engine” that will help give the Taledge-“ship” the decisive momentum and bring it on course.
