I have over 11 years of experience in the HR field. My international education in human resources management and ability to speak four languages enable me to provide a real added value especially to multinational companies.
Throughout my HR career I have worked across all areas of HR for various types of organisations: Shared Service Center, international NGO and small local companies. As a big fan of lean methods, I love continuous improvement projects.
I am a founder of the online portal HRprofil.eu, which shares inspirational ideas and solutions from various areas of HR.
