Resultant
We are very proud of the findings from the research conducted by three esteemed Slovenian academics. It was carried out among individuals who have fully completed the DNLA process (testing, feedback, preparation of a personal development plan, continuous delivery of learning materials, and handover to internal career advisors). The research showed that both the DNLA tool and the DNLA process (which were conducted by Janez Žezlina, Enej Klarič and Roman Klarič) are of high quality, with respondents expressing above-average satisfaction. This is evident in the attached report.
The report will give information
- on the usability of the DNLA tool for the user
- on the accuracy of the system
- on the identification of development areas
- on the usefulness and the content in the DNLA-reports for the further work of the participants
- on the quality of the interviews and on the quality and usability of the feedback that has been provided.
Conclusion:
The system for the development of key personnel and successors was successful in identifying, developing, and retaining talent within the organization. Employees reported feeling more motivated and engaged and having a clearer understanding of their career path
